Preparation is not a promise of performance or hiring. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data not intended for you.
• You agree not to upload, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content.

5. Payments and Plans

If you purchase access or a plan, payment terms, pricing, billing timing, and refund/cancellation handling (if applicable) will be provided at checkout and/or in the applicable offer page.

If the transaction is treated as a consumer mail-order/internet transaction under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律), the Service will provide the required transaction information and withdrawal/cancellation rules as applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, centerassess.quest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

If liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the period immediately preceding the event.
